Information we use
The public calculator can be used without creating an account. If you sign in to a protected workspace, we may receive your account email and display name to identify you and secure saved information.
CRM information
Professional members may store business customer, contact, opportunity, project and activity information. Account holders are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter and use this information, keeping it accurate and responding to the rights of their own contacts.
How information is used
We use information to operate the calculator, secure administration, save authorised records, provide reminders, respond to enquiries and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Product, workspace and CRM records are stored securely by the hosting platform and separated by account. Information is retained only for as long as needed for the service, legal obligations or legitimate operational requirements.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information held by SpecMeasure by contacting support@specmeasure.co.uk. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
Third-party services
The service may link to manufacturer technical data sheets and use secure hosting and identity services. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
